We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for one of our Danish clients who can take the lead in facilitating work in one of our recently established business units or teams. The candidate will be responsible for, and assist with, the supervision and planning across our development and maintenance initiatives, taking care of a team of their own, and working closely with product owners, solution architects, and management in setting up and driving a sustainable and effective agile environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being an agile champion for the team in the Cards department which means driving, managing and facilitating work in constant contact with internal partners.

Acting as a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and the agile mindset in the agile teams.

Supporting the agile team members and Product Owner to reach their goals.

Planning and keeping track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary.

Helping the team to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, as well as preparing and aligning expectations before and during events.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have: 

Minimum 3 years of documented experience in agile methodologies.

Excellent documentation standards

Servant Leader

Experience working in high-performance Agile (SCRUM) environment.

Excellent in written and spoken communication in English both on technical and personal level.

Team oriented approach to problem solving and change management.

Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to others.

Self-motivated problem solver with positive and constructive can-do attitude.

Open to giving and receiving feedback.

Nice to have: 

Experience in banking system development.

Work in distributed teams.
