How to contribute to our vision 

For our Site Logistics team in Offshore Construction, we are looking for a dedicated Export Coordinator. The Site Logistics team belongs to the SGRE Offshore Execution organization. The Site Logistics team manages the demand and delivery of all necessary tools and equipment for any project worldwide, as well as managing all deliveries of any spare parts, within the Business Unit Offshore. 

As our new Export Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the execution of our offshore wind farm projects. You work across our portfolio of projects and will be having a global role. You will support Offshore Construction projects by coordinating and documenting import/export documentation for our Installation Vessel loadouts, mobilizations, and de-mobilizations. Therefore, we expect a candidate with their toolbox in place in terms of structure, communication and with a “can-do” attitude.

In addition, you will also have different administrative tasks, including:

Ensuring that Export/Import requests from projects meets the minimum information requirements. Executing on documentation in a timely manner according to our Service Level Agreements with Projects Implementing processes as well as conducting sample checks in the business and following up on these. Supporting the business by answering import/export-related questions, where you have an experienced customs department in the background. Following up on the closure of export/import declarations. Maintaining an overview and ensuring documentation of all operational tasks. Setting up the site specific export/import process in close collaboration with stakeholders and provide awareness sessions with logistical site people

What you need to make a difference

You will become a part of an experienced team of colleagues, where respect, trust, knowledge-sharing, sparring and an increased focus on sustainability are key to the continued development of the function. You should expect approx. 15-20 days of travelling per year, to support the Construction Team on site. 

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

You to have a background with administrative tasks and will be thorough with the data that you handle. You could have worked in logistics, freight forwarding or similar and have preferably specialized in international trade and transport, but this is not an absolute requirement as you will be trained in the tasks that you will be doing. As a person you are forthcoming, positive, and proactive, and you are good at multitasking and understand the importance of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results. You possess strong coordination and communication skills and are a dedicated team player with the ability to work independently. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and you are open to changes. Furthermore, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, Excel and preferably of SAP. It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. In case you have acquired your skills in an alternative way, you application is just as well appreciated.
