Endoscopy Digital Learning & Program Specialist Intern

About the Role:

Customer education is experiencing a period of significant focus and investment for EMEA, integrating into our HPB, ETM and EndoBariatric strategies. This role supports the development and implementation of digital education & support programs and tools to enhance Endoscopy’s EMEA education value proposition and drive clear differentiation from competition. This role will partner closely with the digital learning and program team as well as the customer education specialist team in driving the critical integration of new therapy areas for the Endoscopy division.

The role will be starting in September 2024 and can be based in the Warsaw office. We can offer a 6 month intern contract, which could be flexible to work around your studies 3-5 days per week (25-40 hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Endoscopy field as well digital communication and education principles to enable meaningful interactions with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Supports planning and development of new customer education program focused on current integration project
• Develops digital tools to support future training modalities for new therapies
• Gain solid understanding of Educare digital learning platform and all related systems
• Closely collaborate with digital production resources and drive effective planning, prioritization, and project management
• Manage digital vendors, in compliance with Boston Scientific policies
• Work closely with the technical teams to make sure any gaps in understanding the project are addressed

Profile Requirements
 

• Final Year Bachelors or Masters Graduate (Business, Management, IT, Marketing & Communication)  
• Polish native with excellent English oral and written communication skills is a must (Minimum C1).
• Curiosity and ease to adapt new technological and digital solutions, including those based on AI
• Familiarity with Creative Cloud suite or relevant tools will be a plus
• Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time and make judgments that are in the best interest of business divisions
