Private medical healthcare at LUXMED (including dentalcare) for you and your family Medicover sports card (Fit&More package) Life insurance financed by the employer 30-minute lunch break included in the 8-hour working day Work in a highly professional and stimulating atmosphere Training & Buddy programme that will allow you to quickly adapt to your new role Wellbeing programme for employees Co-financing of monthly tickets for the public transport in Krakow Comfortable working environment in the office and the possibility of home office Language courses, accounting courses, access to LinkedIn Learning and the possibility of co-financing studies and certification Employee referral programme What's the job Support in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plans Providing ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions Leading various simplification, standardization and optimalisations projects Building relationships across different groups of stakeholders Consolidation and presentation of monthly financial reports Preparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholders Supporting end to end month-end closing process Leading and mentoring analyst team What you'll bring At least a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Mathematics CIMA/ACCA qualifications would be a strong advantage Over 3 years of proven experience in a similar role Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate would be a strong advantage Previous stakeholder management experience Excellent command of English (written and spoken) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (including attention to detail) Ability to articulate complex financial issues in a concise manner Great communication and relationship building skills Strong financial acumen (including understanding of IFRS or local GAAP) Familiarity with planning and accounting tools Project management skills would be an asset Strong leadership and management skills
