About this opportunity
Welcome to Application Management – People, Workplace and MarCom Service Area. We add value by providing great people with primary application management responsibilities, but also many interactions across the value-stream. As the Team Leader, you will play a valuable role in ensuring that high performing Application Management team with the right skill-sets and values.
In practice, the job consists of three parts:
What you’ll be doing:
You will join our Application Management Team that currently holds employees and external consultants primarily in Poland but also in Sweden and Finland. The role is based in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Stockholm and Helsinki.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Your experience and background:
A relevant university degree (engineering, data science, mathematics, economics or similar) > 7 years of experience working in or with Technology close to business stakeholders Great communication skills and experience working with diverse teams A proven excellent track record from your existing job Proven experience working with Customer Engagement is a plus
