Wymagania

  • Odpowiednie doświadczenie na stanowisku Production Managera; preferowane doświadczenie w sektorze offshore lub konstrukcji stalowych.
  • Praktyczna wiedza na temat produkcji konstrukcji offshore, takich jak wieże morskich turbin wiatrowych.
  • Zdolność do efektywnego zarządzania zespołem i procesami w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Wysoki poziom znajomości języka angielskiego, umożliwiający swobodną komunikację werbalną oraz pisemną.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie zespołem produkcyjnym oraz koordynacja procesów produkcji komponentów konstrukcji stalowcyh offshore i onshore.
  • Implementacja strategii produkcyjnych i optymalizacja procesów w celu realizacji projektów zgodnych z najwyższymi standardami jakości i zrównoważonego rozwoju.
  • Współpraca z zespołami projektowymi, aby zapewnić realizację kluczowych wskaźników efektywności.
