Poszukujemy kandydata/tki na stanowisko Scrum Master. Praca jest dedykowana dla międzynarodowej firmy z obszaru finansów. 

Obowiązki

  • Kierowanie zespołem wspólnie z Product Ownerem w celu dostarczenia wysokiej wartości i ułatwiania planowania sprintów, codziennych spotkań, retrospektyw i przeglądów sprintów dla zespołu
  • Rozwiązywanie wszelkich przeszkód, na jakie napotyka zespół, zapewniając członkom zespołu możliwość osiągnięcia stanu przepływu.
  • Zapewnienie przejrzystości sukcesów, postępów i wyzwań zespołu dla całej organizacji w celu uzyskania uznania i wsparcia w razie potrzeby
  • Tworzenie bezpiecznego środowiska wśród zespołu i jego interesariuszy
  • Bycie świetnym słuchaczem dla członków zespołu i traktowanie ich pytań i obaw poważnie, przy jednoczesnym utrzymywaniu sieci odpowiednich interesariuszy w firmie
  • Bycie aktywnym członkiem społeczności Agile w firmie w celu rozpowszechniania wiedzy na temat metod Agile i bycie osobą, do której można się zwrócić w sprawie procesów i narzędzi

Wymagania

  • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku, w tym min 4 lata w IT
  • Co najmniej podstawowe zrozumienie oprogramowania działającego w chmurze, oprogramowania brzegowego, oraz wyzwań i pułapek, które wiążą się z pracą nad złożonymi systemami rozproszonymi
  • Znajomość wielu narzędzi potrzebnych do przeprowadzania ceremonii w Scrum
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • Bardzo dobry angielski (min B2/C1)
