Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

Providing high-level service to both internal and external customers to reach maximum customer satisfaction levels, Handling customer requests through e-commerce and e-mails, Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team, Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance, Managing data quality in SAP, Improvement of sales processes (order management; delivery; invoicing .

The ideal candidate has experience working with Customer Service, Call Center or Contact Center or with similar tasks in a sales and distribution or logistics context. A good team player with a customer-focused mindset, ability to influence others with excellent communication skills, meets the deadline on time, we expect you to master MS Office tools and English at a communicative level.

If you have experience and/or knowledge about below it is an advantage:

SAP in a Sales and Distribution context. Sales Force.
