Editor/ Web Publisher

We are seeking a skilled Content Editor to play a pivotal role in the redesign and migration of content for four country-based websites as part of our company's rebranding and platform upgrade initiative. As the Content Editor, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and migrating content across multiple web platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and usability requirements.

Your role Create high-quality, engaging content for web pages, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all websites. Migrate existing content from Umbraco 7 to Umbraco 10 CMS standards, adhering to best practices and optimizing for improved performance Manage content updates, revisions, and publishing schedules for all four websites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content Monitor website performance, user engagement metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement Serve as the primary administrator for the Umbraco 10 CMS platform, overseeing user access, permissions, and system configurations Conduct regular content checks and QA tests to identify and address any errors, broken links, or formatting issues Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws and copyright regulations, across all content assets Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and consistency in content strategy and execution Your skills Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content creation, editing, and web publishing, preferably in a digital agency or corporate environment Proficiency in content management systems, with specific experience in Umbraco CMS preferred Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, audience-focused content for web platforms Familiarity with SEO best practices and principles, with the ability to optimize content for search visibility and user engagement Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content performance metrics is a plus
