Traffic Coordinator

About this role: 

As a Traffic Coordinator in our Global Creative Studio, you will play a key role in ensuring that the studio’s day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. That includes handling incoming creative requests from across the business, allocating creative resource and managing stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for overseeing various aspects of studio management, enabling creative teams to focus on their work and helping the studio to maintain effective workflows and high-quality output.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

• Project coordination: handling and assigning incoming requests to the Global Studio from a wide range of internal teams
• Resource allocation: managing studio resources to effectively meet project demands
• Workflow management: ensuring that Studio projects follow internal processes and established ways of working
• Collaborating with stakeholders and creative teams to facilitate smooth execution of projects, as well as tracking & reporting progress, and resolving issues
• Maintaining clear & effective communication within both the Studio and with stakeholders, to flag issues, find solutions and keep projects on track

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience related to planning and coordinating projects and campaigns

• Previous experience working in an international business and/or with creative agencies is a plus

• Knowledge of JIRA is a major advantage

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative teams and external stakeholders, acting as the main contact point and problem-solver on projects

• Ability to translate an entire project plan into achievable tasks for a range of creatives; from project initiation to completion

• A problem-solving, can-do attitude

• Fluent English (written & spoken). Additional languages are an advantage
