As the EMEA FP&A Senior Financial Analyst, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality decision-making and financial support to the Planning and Fulfillment (P&F) team in the EMEA region. With oversight of approximately 25% of the annual budget for this function (around $332M), this position involves essential planning and analysis duties, requiring collaboration with a diverse finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.

YOU WILL

  • Act as Finance Business Partner for EMEA Planning & Fulfillment Leadership, leveraging financial and business expertise to support process improvements, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the P&F processes (Plan, Forecast, LRP) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Load budget and forecast adjustments into the system for respective countries.
  • Provide financial and business support to function, enabling optimal business decisions.
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, periodic LBE’s, and lead monthly reviews of results with market leadership.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and Excel modeling to provide insightful recommendations and support management decision-making.
  • Drive and own alignment of global financial initiatives with function, updating global FP&A processes accordingly.
  • Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as required.

YOU NEED

  • Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with at least 3 years of experience in key finance competencies and qualifications within ISC/P&L structure.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel, JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Cognos BI systems (or similar solutions) with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global business partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Self-starter with strong analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, familiarity with accounting processes, and a solid business acumen.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management and influencing skills to drive initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Education: Fluent English speaker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
