Job Description:
L3Harris’ Communication Systems segment is currently seeking a Sr. Specialist, Program Management. This position will be based in Warsaw, Poland. This role will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of international offset programs through all phases from inception to completion. Capable of managing moderate project initiatives, of substantial importance to the organization, with minimal oversight or direction. Drives offset program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Works with sales/customers/international representatives to determine/identify needs, requirements and new offset opportunities. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of offset related contracts. Ensures that all resources such as engineering staffing, production and facilities are available to support the program.
Essential Functions:
Experience with offset, preferably in Poland Experience managing Transfers of Technology/Production Experience managing subcontracts Experience managing budgets Live in or ability to re-locate to Warsaw, Poland Native Polish speaker Fluent English speakerQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Program Management experience, Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Program Management experience, In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Program Management experiencePreferred Additional Skills:
Master’s degree, MBA preferred Defense industry experience desired PMP Certification desired Familiarity with Defense and Aerospace industry-
