What you will be doing:
 
You will support operational continuity by providing effective facility and equipment services/solutions for planned and re-active maintenance. You will manage vendor performance in accordance with the contractual terms.

You will lead defined local initiatives to improve maintenance solutions (synergies, new methods, scheduling etc). Advises and supports all management and less experienced peers.
You will supports operational continuity by providing effective facility and equipment services/solutions for planned and re-active maintenance. You'll manage vendor performance in accordance with the contractual terms. It involves some guidance on more complex areas or performance issues.

You will leads defined local initiatives to improve maintenance solutions (synergies, new methods, scheduling etc). You will advises and supports all management and less experienced peers.

What do you bring with you:

Technical knowledge related to buildings and its systems, and/or knowledge relevant to Material Handling Equipment maintenance,
Ability to schedule planned maintenance that ensure the correct prioritisation and scheduling of multiple types of maintenance activities (equipment, heating, janitorial etc),
Knowledge of FM framework/contract to effectively manage FM services in geographical scope,
Knowledge of defined standard or centrally available methods to build and maintain knowledge of changes and developments in local country maintenance practices, vendors and related legislation,
Ability to participate or lead with guidance from manager in projects or initiatives with limited impact to develop new or existing processes, procedures, controls or systems.
