Job Description

As the Executive Producer, you will own the execution of the product/franchise through the full development cycle. Once the game is live, the Executive Producer is responsible for the live ops and feature/content roadmaps.

The Executive Producer is a leadership role that will continue to have hands-on experience as well as manage high performing teams.

Daily tasks:

  • working as the Head of Production for the project,
  • ensuring smooth development processes and effective communication between dev teams and upper management,
  • high level overview of the project's status, progress, objectives, obstacles, and risk management,
  • overseeing and managing project roadmaps, schedules and milestones,
  • helping to remove roadblocks and major challenges facing the dev teams,
  • working with C-level, directors, and department leads to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,
  • tracking the development budget, headcount and P&L, in collaboration with HR teams and Accounting,
  • collaborating with the marketing and publishing teams,
  • monitoring Production’s handling of feature/content requests and feasibility based on overall development needs,
  • supporting the team in recruiting and mentoring efforts,
  • acting as an ambassador for the product and for all team members working on it, both internally and via external channels.

Qualifications

  • experience as an Executive Producer supporting multi-platform AAA game/s through the full development cycle,
  • 8+ years of experience leading multiple cross-functional teams,
  • experience working on ARPGs and Open World games,
  • deep knowledge of game development process, project management and software development methodologies,
  • understanding of game KPIs (Production, Acquisition, Retention, Monetization),
  • experience working with internal and external development teams,
  • ability to build strong partnerships at every level of the organization,
  • very good communication, time management and risk management skills,
  • excellent command of English,
  • passion for games and the gamedev industry.
