Building on the strong focus on talent in Dentons, we continue to transform how we attract, develop and grow talent. Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key role in the function, working to attract best talent for our operations business functions situated in various countries. The role will report to Europe Recruitment Lead, working closely with functional leads, as well as regional talent leaders within Dentons.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to apply their international recruitment experience in a fast-paced multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be a driven, client-focused recruiter with an ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and navigate talent pools across the world.

Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
The primary goal is to support Dentons operations in identifying and hiring the right people in the right place at the right time and cost. The Dentons operations functions include: Technology, Finance, Risk and Compliance, Clients and Markets, Brand and Communications, Innovation and People. Key responsibilities include:
Partner with functional leaders to clarify the resource requirements for global roles Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initiation to making and offer and above Deliver a proactive, end to end recruitment service to our, candidates, and stakeholders Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies Work with the business in creating effective job descriptions and use multiple innovative channels to attract the right talent. Keep across external initiatives, market trends and routes to market, bringing the learnings into your day to day activity Managing updated recruitment data involves keeping track of the latest information related to the recruitment process, such as job postings, candidate applications, resumes, interviews, and job offers.About You
The person stepping into this role will have:
3-5 years recruitment experience including in-house recruitment experience as a must Added advantage if you have experience recruiting across multiple countries Excelent sourcing skills using different tools (Linkedin, Boolan, direct search, networking, etc) Experience with behavioral interview techniques Experience creating positive client and candidate experience Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is nice to have Command of English that allows sufficient communication Experience with influencing and engaging stakeholders, including building and managing relationships within a diverse global firm Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and on a predominantly remote basis.Benefits
