Via its TuoTempo brand, the company offers a more sophisticated suite of optimisation products for large healthcare institutions.
We built medical Practice Management Software as a SaaS. We help 250,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.
Job Description
What you will do in this role:
To be accountable of subsidiary Trial Balance: Post JEs (accruals, provisions, amortizations) and perform reconciliations to ensure the balance accuracy. Support accountants on the operational tasks (processing records related to Vendor and customers). Interacting with other departments on the execution of closing (ME) tasks. Review and approve the accounting records to comply with IFRS. Be a point of contact for the local Finance team. Analysis of Balance Sheet variances. Support Local team on Monthly reporting. Process monthly accounting adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the accounting information. Perform and ensure all accounting tasks are completed according to group policies and local tax regulation. Review and approve reconciliations, also elaborate those recs that require deeper accounting knowledge and skills. Lead the implementation of financial and accounting projects: From the implementation of group policies and procedures, to the integration of new subsidiaries into the newly established Accounting Hub in Warsaw.
Qualifications
What makes you a strong fit:
You have a strong academic background. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is a must. An additional Master's degree or accounting certification is preferred. You have 5+ years of relevant experience working in Finance or Auditing departments in a multinational environment. You are fluent in English (B2+) - as all of our communications are in English. Speaking Spanish is desired, but not mandatory. You have been working with finance ERP (ideally Netsuite). Advanced Excel skills are a must. You exhibit a strong desire to deliver first class results; you have an analytical and process driven mindset. You want to learn, develop yourself, actively propose improvements, and you're meticulous. Like Sherlock Holmes, you are sensitive to even the smallest detail

The role will be based in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid position working from home 2-3 days per week).
In this role, you'll be reporting to Anna Piusińska-Wójcik , our Accounting Hub Manager.
This is a role on the Global Docplanner Team.
