Project
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring, and API design. You'll work on scalable solutions using microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases like DB2 and MSSQL. If you have a strong background in Git, Maven, Kafka, CI/CD, and agile methodologies, and enjoy collaborating on innovative projects, we'd like to have you on our team.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and business objectives
- Drive design processes, considering pros and cos and involve appropriate stakeholders
- Design, and implement robust and scalable solutions using java and spring
- Integrate patterns and know their strengths and weaknesses
- Experience with documenting a solution design
Expected competences and knowledge
- 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer with experience in Java 8 and above
- Experience with Maven
- Experience with Git (Bitbucket) or similar SCM system
- Experience with API design (REST and SOAP)
- Experience with Spring (Framework, Boot, Batch)
- Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with RDBMS (DB2 and MSSQL)
- Experience with Kafka and MQ
- Experience with data modelling
- Experience with Windows operating systems and able to write shell & batch programs
- Experience with agile development
