Job Description

We are currently looking for a  Subject Matter Specialist  to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

Daily solution administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting) Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc. If applicable, managing solution thru the complete service lifecycle Other specific duties as assigned by client's ICT SCSMT team leader

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

Bachelor plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge of the subject at the administration level Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability Knowledge of IT security standards Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level Very strong sense of responsibility - Accuracy and attention to details Open-minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills Very good organizational skills Very good communication skills Supportive and helpful personality with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision Forward-looking with a holistic approach High level of motivation and initiative

Specific Requirements:

 Well understanding of the Data Centre environment and tasks  Experience with hardware installations in Data Centre environment  Experience with Contract management and maintenance contracts in general Well understanding of Data Centre standards and levels
