Aktualnie do naszego klienta, który jest wiodącym liderem w branży płatniczej - poszukujemy Senior Software Release Engineera - MS Dynamics 365 CRM.  Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za identyfikację wymagań dotyczących wdrożenia produktu, w tym infrastruktury, operacji wewnętrznych, operacji zewnętrznych, szkoleń, a następnie opracowywanie i realizację planu projektu, proaktywne ograniczanie ryzyka oraz zarządzanie cyklem życia oprogramowania od jego powstania do uruchomienia produkcyjnego i wsparcia poprodukcyjnego.

Twoje obowiązki: 
  • Definiowanie, ulepszanie i wdrażanie procesów wydawania w całym środowisku MS Dynamics 365 i zespołach
  • Planowanie i śledzenie wydań, aktualizacji i zmian w środowiskach MS Dynamics 365 (testowych, przedprodukcyjnych i produkcyjnych)
  • Wspieranie i mentorowanie zasobów MS Dynamics 365 w celu zrozumienia procesów zarządzania zmianami i wydaniami w celu zapewnienia spójnej dostawy
  • Koordynowanie harmonogramu wydań i wymaganych zasobów w zależności od aplikacji innych firm, zaległości defektów, planowanych wydań i aktualizacji infrastruktury
  • Identyfikowanie ryzyka i proponowanie kroków w celu jego złagodzenia
  • Identyfikowanie możliwości automatyzacji w celu wspierania celów CI/CD
  • Współpraca/komunikacja między globalnymi organizacjami biznesowymi i technologicznymi, dostarczanie rzetelnych analiz i przywództwo w zakresie zmian
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie silnych relacji z klientami wewnętrznymi jest niezbędne, ponieważ osoba na tym stanowisku będzie codziennie współpracować z partnerami biznesowymi, personelem wewnętrznym i integratorami systemów, aby zapewnić zapewnienie jakości zgodnie z globalnymi inicjatywami i wymaganiami w całym przedsiębiorstwie

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 lat na podobnym stanowisku
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu wydaniami, zwłaszcza w instancjach CRM
  • Duże doświadczenie praktyczne i znajomość MS Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Git
  • Preferowane jest wcześniejsze doświadczenie we wdrażaniu CI/CD lub jakiejkolwiek automatyzacji w zarządzaniu wydaniami CRM.
  • Wymagane jest doświadczenie z C# lub Visual Basic, Java/JQuery, Visual Studio, Web Services i CRM SDK.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Hybryda (gotowość do pracy 3 dni w tygodniu w biurze / centrum Warszawy)
