We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Solutions Consulting to join our Data & Analytics: Managed Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID work model.

Contract Job Title: Senior Associate, Solutions Consulting

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Documenting and validating business requirements related to Financial Data Management and Portfolio Accounting. Creating functional specifications. Creating test plans and performing system testing. Using querying tools to access and analyze financial data. Researching issues and bugs. Configuring custom solutions using Data and Platform Solutions’ products. Assisting clients and internal teams in effectively accessing and consuming data content as well as advising on data governance best practices. Being a liaison between developers, operations, and other teams. Working on an agile/scrum-based team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferred. + years of experience as a business analyst and/or with Investment Management data domains such as Securities, Accounting, Custody, Analytics, Transfer Agency, Performance and Reference data. Although no programming experience is required, the desire to learn the technical architecture and structure of the system is required. Good problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and experience within a client-facing financial role. Good knowledge of SQL is desirable. Fluent English spoken and written (min. B level).
