Sitecore Lead

We are actively seeking a seasoned Sitecore Lead to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge digital experiences using the Sitecore platform, primarily for large corporate and government clients. You will lead a talented team of developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of Sitecore developers, guiding them through the implementation and maintenance of Sitecore solutions.
• Architectural Oversight: Ensure Sitecore architecture adheres to best practices, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize Sitecore performance, enhancing user experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Sitecore updates and emerging technologies, integrating them into our solutions where applicable.
• Client Consultation: Advise international clients on Sitecore & .NET architecture best practices.

• Experience: 5+ years working with Sitecore, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Sitecore certification.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in C#, .NET, and front-end development.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sitecore’s marketing and personalization features.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Communication: Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Expertise: Experience with Sitecore Commerce and Sitecore Experience Platform.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Methodology: Expertise in Agile development methodologies.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience managing teams and projects effectively.
