Here, in your Senior Source to Contract Buyer with English role you will be responsible for carrying out sourcing projects for goods and services, from identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their proposals to issuing purchase orders, and finalizing purchases by following the approved category strategy.

You will also have to ensure that goods and service are purchased from the most cost effective and technically capable suppliers and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

To part of your duties will belong updating of the supplier base and implementation of the catalogues.

You will have a chance to be a mentor for Junior Buyers and to be a key point between business and Procurement Operations Teams.

About You

Additionally, you have a background in Procurement with understanding of E2E procurement processes (including Procure to Order).

Requirements:

You’re fluent in English - both written and oral

You are proficient in SAP.

You have an excellent communication skill that allows you to contact our internal stakeholder and external suppliers

You are a master in time management with good organizational skills

Your analytical mindset helps you to analyze proposals and see the strengths and weaknesses between different suppliers

This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
