Job title: Consumer Services Representative (Spanish & English) Home Appliance LATAM
Location: Poznan, Poland 
Reports to: Supervisor, Consumer Services 

As a Consumer Services Representative you will speak with consumers who use Newell Brands’ products. Putting your foreign language skills into practice, you will answer inquiries regarding pre-sales and after-sales service.

Our portfolio of products is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances.
You might have heard of some of our brands like Parker, Waterman, Contigo, NUK, or Crockpot. 

Key responsibilities:  

Respond to consumer’s queries through email, chat, phone, social media channels, reviews portal, e-commerce, and other online platforms in a professional, solution-oriented manner to ensure the outcome is consumer centric.  Create and maintain consumer information and case management to relay accurate information back to the business.  Uses knowledge of products to ensure accurate information is communicated to consumers.  Seeking solutions in case of unusual queries or requests  Document in designated systems (., CRM /Consumer Relationship Management/, SAP and other) the information needed for resolving inquiry or complaint.

Minimum requirements: 

Fluent Spanish (C1/B2) and English (C1/B2) (spoken & written)  Good command of MS Word and Outlook  Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Empathy and openness for working with consumers 

Preferred: 

Readiness to learn new tools and technologies (Salesforce, SAP, Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr Organizational skills with ability to prioritize  Detail oriented  Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, incl. rapport-building and listening  Previous experience in user support/helpdesk/customer service will be an asset.
