& Requirements Who we are looking for Are you a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Creatio platform? Do you excel at designing complex CRM solutions that align with business strategies?

If so, join us as a Creatio Solution Architect to our Creatio Center of Excellence in Central Europe.

As a Creatio Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of digital transformationprojects, working closely with stakeholders to design, architect, and implement robust Creatio CRM solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our clients' CRM strategies are not only met but exceeded.

What we expect from you:

Experience:

 Extensive experience in designing and architecting CRM solutions on the Creatio platform (formerly bpm’ online).  Proven experience leading complex CRM projects from concept to delivery, ideally within a consulting or enterprise environment.  Strong background in business process analysis, CRM customization, and system integration.

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Creatio configuration, customization, and development, including the use of Creatio’s API and integration capabilities. Proficiency in database management, data modeling, and ETL processes. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.

Leadership Skills:

 Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Strong communicationskills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Creatio certification(s) is highly desirable. Your future role Solution Architecture:lead the design and architecture of Creatio CRM solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are scalable, secure, and sustainable. Client Engagement:work closely with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into technical solutions on the Creatio platform. Technical Leadership: provide technical leadership and mentorship to develop teams during the implementation of Creatio solutions. Ensure best practices in coding, integration, and system architecture. Customization and Integration: oversee the customization and integration of Creatio solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Quality Assurance: define and enforce standards for code quality, solution architecture, and system performance. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintainhigh standards. Innovation and Improvement: stay abreast of the latest developments in the Creatio platform and CRM technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance solution architecture and design processes. Documentation: develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications. What we offer
