Our client is seeking a Regulatory Due Diligence Specialist to join their Warsaw team. This global team ensures compliance with key regulatory requirements, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to support new client onboarding and maintain existing client relationships. The Warsaw team focuses on regulations from international financial authorities and collaborates across multiple global locations.
Your Impact
In this role, you’ll work directly with internal teams, clients, and sales to ensure seamless client onboarding. You'll review compliance documentation, maintain high standards for client service, and contribute to process improvements in collaboration with Technology. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to manage escalations and support project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop expertise in regulatory policies and support client onboarding.
- Implement process improvements and support regulatory updates.
- Handle client queries, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely escalation of issues.
- Contribute to reporting and enhance operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
