Investor Relations Specialist

We are currently looking for an Investor Relations Specialist.

As a member of our Investor Relations (IR) team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with investors, analysts, and financial media journalists. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating events and collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to establish optimal communication within the investor community.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the information flow in adherence to the regulatory standards of our listed company.
• Crafting IR-related presentations, reports, and various materials to effectively convey our company's financial narrative.
• Proactively supporting the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting process.
• Engaging in communication with investors, analysts, and financial media journalists to ensure transparent and informed dialogues.
• Overseeing and managing the Investor Relations website to provide up-to-date and relevant information.
• Coordinating impactful roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings to enhance stakeholder interactions.
• Providing support for various IR team activities and undertaking additional duties or projects as assigned.
• Collaborating seamlessly with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated operations.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience in investor relations, preferably within a listed company, IR agency, brokerage house/investment fund, or business journalism.
• Previous experience in ESG reporting is advantageous.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Good understanding of financial markets with a genuine interest in the stock market.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
