We're hiring TEFL teachers for academic year 23/24 (starting September)

Our School is looking for English language teachers to join our dynamic & professional team here in Caceres, Spain.

Immerse yourself in beautiful Spain while  you gain experience teaching English.

We are an Irish-owned English language school in Spain with 2 schools in Caceres, both located in the city centre.

We teach English to children, teenagers and adults. We prepare students for Trinity College London exams and Cambridge English Language Assessment.

KELTIC has been preparation centre for both Exam Boards for over 25 years.

 

Our TEFL team is made up of dynamic, motivated English teachers who are keen on developing within the TEFL profession. Our Teachers are professional & committed to their job and students.The ideal candidate is someone who is honest, hard-working, organised and enjoys teaching children & teenagers.

Training and Support: the school offers teachers a comprehensive and on-going Training Programme that provides a great opportunity for Professional Development, geared towards both new and experienced English teachers.

Your duties will include: class preparation, term evaluation, weekly meetings & training workshops, receiving full support from the Director of Studies throughout the academic year.

Embark on a journey of teaching, learning, and cultural experience.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

During the academic year as a TEFL Teacher with us, you will :

- plan & prepare your classes daily

- carry out term evaluations 3 times a year

- attend weekly meetings & teacher training workshops which will help you grow professionally

- prepare students for external exams (Trinity and Cambridge)

- receive full support throughout the year from the Director of Studies

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Only EU Citizens or holders of EU work permit are eligible for this position

 

 

Qualifications

University Degree

Recognised TEFL qualification

Certified C2 English level for non-native English speakers

EU work permit

 

Benefits

SOCIAL SECURITY: Full National Health Insurance & social security cover.

CONTRACT: Full time contract (19 hours contact hours)

Professional Development: Subsidized attendance to conferences & workshops

DAYS: 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)

SALARY: Gross monthly salary: 1,300 euros minimum  (Above the National Working Agreement & national average for Private language schools in Spain)

RELOCATION: Financial assistance: 3 nights hotel paid on arrival plus 200€ relocation bonus

PAID HOLIDAYS: 2 weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and any local/national holidays during the academic year.
