Do dywizji EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) szukamy ATM Network Development Technical Specialist. W ramach tego stanowiska będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za realizację zadań operacyjnych w Dziale Rozwoju Sieci Bankomatów.

Będziesz częścią jednego z największych zespołów w ramach struktur Euronet, który obsługuje obecnie sieć aż 29 krajów Oferujemy Ci możliwość pracy w młodym, zgranym zespole i zdobycie doświadczenia z zakresu nowoczesnych technologii, na bazie którego będziesz mógł/mogła określić kierunek swojego dalszego rozwoju zawodowego.

Twoim zakresem obowiązków będzie:

  • Nadzór i kontrola stanu magazynu bankomatów Euronet, kaset oraz kluczy bankomatowych
  • Proces instalacji aplikacji na urządzeniach
  • Transport lub wysyłka uszkodzonych elementów do naprawy
  • Wsparcie innych działów w wiedzę techniczną oraz wiedzę na temat urządzeń.
  • Koordynacja proces zamawiania osprzętu oraz podzespołów do bankomatów.
  • Bieżące monitorowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z zewnętrznymi uszkodzeniami urządzeń Euronet.
  • ·Bieżące monitorowanie pojawiających się problemów oraz podejmowanie działań mających na celu ich jak najszybsze i trwałe rozwiązanie poprzez np. naprawę urządzeń.
  • Współpraca z firmami serwisowymi, konwojami oraz podwykonawcami Euronet.
  • Udział w audytach firm podwykonawczych na terenie całego kraju (raz w miesiącu).
  • Optymalizacja procesów usuwania uszkodzeń w sieci.
  • Przygotowywanie zestawień dla Euronet Polska, banków, klientów zewnętrznych, podwykonawców.
  • Samodzielny i kreatywny udział w projektach operacyjnych i marketingowych rozszerzających i unowocześniających sieć Euronet.

Requirements

Poszukujemy osoby, która:

  • Jest zainteresowana pracą w branży bankomatów i bankomato-wpłatomatów i chce rozwijać się w tym obszarze.
  • Jest osobą zorganizowaną, kreatywną, podejmuje inicjatywę i przywiązuje dużą uwagę do usprawniania swojej pracy.
  • Potrafi swobodnie poruszać się w pakiecie MS Office.
  • Zna techniczną tematykę bankomatów (nie jest to wymóg, ale będzie bardzo dużym atutem).
  • Posługuje się językiem angielskim w stopniu pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację.
  • Potrafi radzić sobie w sytuacjach stresujących, nie boi się pracy pod presją czasu.
  • Umie rozwiązywać problemy związane z systemami komputerowymi.
  • Jest otwarta i nie boi się nowych wyzwań.
  • Lubi pracować w zespole.
  • Jest gotowa do udziału w nowych projektach firmy oraz koordynowania projektów operacyjnych.
