Could you be the full-time Project Material Management Specialist in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Barbara (Project Supply Chain Leader in Katowice) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll be the person the team turns to for planning and organizing deliveries forward. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll manage contracts and creating logistics documents, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing logistics services for external clients' orders/projects Supervising and reporting the process and level of order fulfillment Communication with the customer regarding deliveries Contacts with customs offices Explaining possible discrepancies in deliveriesAll about you

Higher Education and passion for supply chain Knowledge of logistics issues in international trade Experience in planning and warehouse management An entrepreneurial mindset A proactive and resourceful approach Desire to work collaboratively Strong communication and negotiation skills Adaptability and effective time management Very good knowledge of English Good knowledge of MS Excel and knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems under time pressure Detail-orientedThings you’ll enjoy
