For our Finance Team we are currently looking for the Senior AR Manager.
We are looking for Senior AR Manager to lead a team of AR professionals, ensure timely and accurate processing of bank statements, efficient cash collection and manage Intercompany process. Senior AR Manager will be managing the entire Accounts Receivable process across several legal entities that will be serviced from the Centre. In addition, this role will be the Global Process Owner for Accounts Receivable and Intercompany, driving process efficiency and standardization supported by an appropriate level of automation.

As a Global Process Owner you will:
Define and standardize processes globally – cash application, cash collection and Intercompany Develop and implement relevant policies, procedures, and best practices Define controls to mitigate fraud and compliance risks Work closely with local and global teams to align processes and ensure consistency Establish KPIs and monitor process effectiveness Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and streamlining Drive change management initiatives related to AR and IC processesAs an AR Manager you will:
Lead and manage the AR and IC team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements Ensure accurate and timely processing of bank statements as per defined KPIs Control the Cash Collection process Ensure all activities of IC Team are performed according to the plan Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AR-related issues Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits Ensure adherence to ICFR and other relevant guidelines Prepare regular AR reports for senior leadership Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and process bottlenecks Provide insights to drive strategic decision-makingWe are looking for you to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (Finance & Accounting) Very good knowledge of English Expertise in AR and IC process Minimum 7 years’ experience in supervising accounting teams Must be able to manage people performance and development Strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers) Skills to support process development and implementation Excellent computer skills incl.
