SCM Product Owner

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with Procurement Excellence and Quality core team - and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Bring the roadmap items to execution by project planning and preparation including business case development with a close collaboration with Domain Manager, Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
- Act as the business representative for Sourcing and Quality Product Team and main point of contact for other internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Domain Manager and business (Procurement Excellence and Quality core team) to create and manage Product Backlog according to business value and priorities.
- Lead scrum team to define product (piece of software) vision, roadmap, and optimization and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Support in the creation of user stories and business cases, develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure these are clearly understood and accepted by relevant teams.
- Actively support the process of planning, execution, validation and review of sprint achievements.
- Confirm the quality of the product with relation to scope and defined acceptance criteria.
- Work closely within the SCM Domain to improve quality of work and wastes identification.
- Integrate and align all initiatives in the area of procurement & quality with other functional areas and product owners (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing, Product Lifecycle Management).
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven and solid background in business process knowledge in area of Procurement and Quality,
- Proficient in communication in English (both verbal and written),
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to understand the business value related to features and functions,
- Ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations,
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous working experience as a product owner,
- In-depth knowledge of Agile framework.
