Test Manager

We are looking for a Test Manager, wh owill be ultimately responsible for test planning, test execution and delivery of all QA and testing activities.
Duties
- Apply practical test automation experience and scripting best practices
- Collaborate with leaders of other technology or business functions and platforms including architecture, strategy, operations and vendor partners to understand and deliver QA capabilities.
- Own direct accountability for QA solution development that meets scope, quality and timing of projects.
- Provide technical and thought leadership for enhancing existing test automation framework and promote shift-left testing with the help of automation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in directly managing test automation teams
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in directly managing performance and load testing resources
- Previous experience in managing testing teams responsible for application quality on mobile and cloud platforms
- Project experience in sharing and integration with public registers or electronic signature solutions (podpis elektroniczny)
