  • Support and implement the Procurement Category Strategy for Facilities & Real Estate.
  • Source suppliers.
  • Create, negotiate, and monitor major contracts for the category.
  • Participate in setting and achieving functional objectives with the Global Category Manager.
  • Collect and analyse supplier, market, and category data; identify and mitigate key supplier risks.
  • Initiate and lead sourcing activities for the Facilities & Real Estate Categories.
  • Maintain key supplier relationships, support innovation.
  • Resolve supplier performance issues, ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Support the implementation of consistent KPIs, ensure projects meet targeted goals and timelines.

  • Higher Education.
  • Experience in managing procurement indirect categories - preferably facility, as a bonus - MRO, CAPEX.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a procurement environment.
  • Ability to align category strategies with key stakeholders and successfully implement key initiatives focusing on cost, risk, and quality.
  • Demonstrated achievement of annual savings targets and increased spend under management.
  • Proactive supplier relationship management, risk identification, and mitigation.
  • Fluency in English.
