  • Guiding and overseeing the operations of the sales support team within the Business Center.
  • Focusing on service and process excellence through regular performance reviews and result analyses.
  • Collaborating with headquarter functions, business divisions, and regions to define service-level agreements.
  • Motivating and leading the sales support team, addressing service quality issues as necessary.
  • Managing staff turnover and implementing retention measures, being responsible for daily employees management.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company's guidelines and policies in all processes and procedures.
  • Resolving operational-level disputes, escalations, and complaints in collaboration with the management team.
  • Coordinating and delegating ERP regression testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Actively participating in decision-making and strategy development for the Company's future direction.
  • Making staffing decisions aligned with quality targets.
  • Managing teams to deliver cost-effective, efficient, and organized transactions.
  • KPI analysis and reporting.
  • Ensuring high quality services are provided while dealing with complex accounting and tax tasks and handling ad hoc issues.
  • Cooperating with other departments
  • Identify risks, gaps and inefficiencies in processes and implementing improvements
  • Coordinating transition processes
  • Establishing and delivering monitoring and reporting of the operational efficiency of the transactional processing
  • Timely execution of all relevant annual, quarterly and monthly closing activities



Be responsible for leading the AP department. |The office located in both Lublin and Warsaw.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in AP Accounting or a related domain
  • Experience in working in leadership positions in the shared service center.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level is minimum).
  • Demonstrates experience leading t processes.
  • Good management skills.
  • Good communication skills
