Team Leader (Quality of Living Team)

What can you expect?

A person in this role will lead the Quality of Living Team (a part of the Global Mobility Data Delivery team) and direct the day-to-day activities of the team and ensure the successful delivery the Quality of Living reports as well as Mercer Passport reports for the international companies sending their employees abroad. The position requires experience in managing people and communicating with stakeholders, fluency in English and the general understanding of the geographical differences, global political situation and factors impacting the quality of living globally. Team spirit and atmosphere of cooperation is what makes the team stand out. You will have truly international exposure.

We will count on you to:

Lead the team and maintain high motivation

Proactively manage team performance, KPIs, coordinate the team development (performance appraisal, individual development, coaching, training, providing regular feedback to employees, conducting 1:1 meetings) 

Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, quality and schedule

Understand of clients’ needs and expected service and search for opportunities to develop the team's products

Maintain regular contact with stakeholders

Lead the multinational team of 8 employees in all aspects (workload management, team’s engagement, coaching, talent development and annual appraisals process)

Provide guidance and necessary business information to the team

Participate in the implementation of divisional and company’s initiatives and strategies

Plan the capacity and monitor team’s performance and metrics

Lead through a change and promote process improvement environment

What you need to have:

Min. 5 years of business experience in total and min. 2 years’ of expertise in a Team Leader / Manager / Coordinator role

Fluency in English

Solid practical foundation in understanding and interpretation of complex data

Understanding of company’s vision and ability to cascade it into team’s individuals goals

Proven experience in staffing, planning, and people management capabilities

Process improvement approach, problem solving mindset and customer oriented attitude

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
