About the role

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Business Analyst to work with us to create and implement innovative ad tech solutions tailored to Reckitt’s needs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of programmatic ad buying, media buying, ad servers, ad exchanges, and DSPs, such as The TradeDesk, Microsoft Ads, GMP etc. The candidate should also be familiar with other industry technologies and trends, including CDPs, attribution tools, CDPs, AI/ML solutions and dashboarding tools

Your responsibilities

Consult with internal and external stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement AdTech solutions for their business needs. Execute account creation, the implementation of tracking capabilities etc. – have hands–on experience at least with a few DSPs. Manage the full life cycle of AdTech solutions, including design, implementation, testing, and optimization. Develop deep knowledge of Reckitt’s businesses and stay abreast of the challenges and opportunities. Supply training to markets, vendors and colleagues on newly implemented technologies or updated methods of doing things. Support the daily job of the Product Manager by analyzing rollout, adaptation, and user behavior data, finding trends, and recommend optimization tactics. Work with other teams, such as data analysts, media buyers and creatives, to ensure smooth execution of AdTech solutions.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record as an AdTech Solutions Consultant including hands-on implementations with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of programmatic ad buying, media buying, ad servers, ad exchanges, and DSPs. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to innovative technologies and trends. Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, SalesForce Intelliview or Power BI. Familiarity with other industry technologies and trends, including Server-Side Tagging , attribution tools, DCO, audience enhancements, CTV trend and retail media. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
