Kwalifikacje

Wymagania:

  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu chatbotów dla różnych platform

  • Znajomość narzędzi do tworzenia chatbotów, takich jak Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework lub Rasa

  • Silne umiejętności kodowania w językach takich jak Python, Node.js lub podobnych

  • Doświadczenie w integracji chatbotów z systemami CRM, bazami danych i innymi narzędziami korporacyjnymi

  • Umiejętność projektowania przepływu konwersacji i optymalizacji interakcji z użytkownikami

  • Znajomość podstaw przetwarzania języka naturalnego i uczenia maszynowego

  • Doświadczenie w szkoleniu i udoskonalaniu modeli chatbotów w celu zwiększenia ich dokładności

  • Silne umiejętności debugowania i rozwiązywania problemów w interakcjach chatbota w czasie rzeczywistym.

  • Doświadczenie z metodologiami rozwoju oprogramowania (SDLC), takimi jak Agile

  • Dobra znajomość angielskiego min. B2

 

Mile widziane:

  • znajomość języka włoskiego

  • doświadczenie w integracji chatbota z wordpress 

  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu pracą zespołu
