Who will you be working with?
Join a dynamic team at Wabtec's Katy Wroclawskie site, collaborating closely with Production, Method, and Logistics departments. Daily cooperation with diverse teams is integral, fostering a collaborative environment for shaping the future of our quality management system.
How will you make a difference?
As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence across various facets of our quality management system. From conducting internal quality audits to managing complaints and continuously improving the QMS system, your contributions will ensure the highest standards in production. Your problem-solving skills and daily supervision of process quality will make a tangible impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
What do we want to know about you?
We're looking for candidates with:
higher technical education practical knowledge of technical drawing proficiency in quality tools like 5 Why, FMEA, and 8D.Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is crucial, along with good English language skills (German is a valuable addition).
Your ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities, openness to change, and involvement in implementing new products and technologies will set you apart.
What will your typical day look like?
Your day involves:
conducting internal and process audits introducing and improving quality tools supervising the quality of the process on production lines.You'll actively solve quality problems, manage customer complaints, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QMS system.
Collaborate with Production, Method, and Logistics departments on daily tasks, ensuring seamless implementation of changes.
Your role is dynamic, offering a blend of problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation in shaping the future of transportation technology.
