Dla naszego Klienta, dużej firmy produkcyjnej z branży produkcji przemysłowej, wchodzącej w skład struktury międzynarodowej, poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko Group Controlling Director. Siedziba firmy mieści się w woj. Małopolskim.

Opis stanowiska:

  • zarządzanie finansami i kontrolingiem, w celu zrozumienia i napędzania wyników biznesowych, a także wspierania procesu decyzyjnego,
  • przeprowadzanie analizy scenariuszy i modelowanie finansowe, przy użyciu narzędzi do wizualizacji danych w celu wspierania decyzji biznesowych,
  • sporządzanie pakietów raportowania zarządczego,
  • pełnienie wiodącej roli we wsparciu V-ce Prezesa Zarządu ds. Finansów, w zakresie procesów budżetowania i prognozowania długoterminowego,
  • identyfikacja możliwości udoskonalenia procesów i wsparcie we wprowadzaniu ulepszeń w procesach, systemach i procedurach,
  • budowanie silnych relacji z regionalnymi dyrektorami finansowymi i członkami regionalnego zespołu FP&A, a także kluczowymi członkami zespołu ds. finansów Grupy,
  • obsługa zapytań audytu wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego.

Wymagania:

  • 8+ lat doświadczenia związanego z obszarem kontrolingu finansowego, FP&A, lub kontrolingu na zakładzie produkcyjnym,
  • doświadczenie w finansach komercyjnych, z preferencją dla produkcji generującej kilka źródeł przychodu i operacji wewnątrzgrupowych,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi/złożonymi zbiorami danych w celu przeprowadzania analiz i tworzenia raportów,
  • biegła znajomość języka angielskiego C1 będzie konieczna,
  • certyfikacje profesjonalne ACCA lub CIMA będą atutem,
  • silne zdolności analityczne, proaktywne podejście do procesu planowania,
  • umiejętność budowania relacji wewnątrz firmy lokalnie oraz w ramach grupy międzynarodowej.
