We are hiring a Senior Business Consultant  to identify, qualify and win new business opportunities in key segments of growth. What You Will Be Doing: Cultivate relationship with influential PMC and A&D (Architect & Design) on the market Solicit, qualify and successfully win significant new business opportunities using a variety of resources including corporately provided leads, existing relationships and new relationships with various influencers; Work strategically with business partners within Steelcase and act as a local relay; Lead client relationship development and liaison with existing dealers on providing right services Establish great communications and alignment with our existing partners Handle involvement of specialists to strengthen dealer capabilities and support specific opportunities; Find potential customers using various direct methods like calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking through key industry contacts and trade organizations. Showcase strong project management skills while transitioning the opportunity for ongoing management after it has been won to dealers and the supporting sales teams (Centralized Dealer Business Managers (CDBM’s)). As an experienced sales professional, you are expected to lead by example, selling to clients using insights in a consultative process and showcasing the full range of products and services that Steelcase and our dealer partners have to offer. Experience in a high performing consultative sales or closely related role. Proven New Business Development background. Experience working with distribution partners. Fluent in Polish and English. Critical thinking approach and understanding of critical workplace issues and mastery of ability to discuss these at multiple levels including C-suit. Proficiency in personally developing and maintaining strategic relationships and customer intimacy. Ability to build long-term working relationships with diverse sales teams, specifiers, marketing and product experts and dealers as part of a complex sales approach. High level of storytelling and communication skills to deliver quality presentations/proposals. High levels of persuasion with stakeholders within the organization to foster collaboration. Efficient project pipeline management and annual KPI execution. Preferred Skills and Competencies Bachelor of Business or related degree highly preferred. Experience selling a capital product or service is very beneficial. Strong understanding of the contract furniture industry. Other languages would be an advantage.
