Responsibilities

Mission: 

Société Générale Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Business Analyst LOAN IQ in connection with the Structured Finance activities expansion.

 Your goal will be to ensure a Business Analyst role in an Agile environment.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Gather business needs and analyze/challenge them Define solution in line with Business processes and Back-Office organization Ensure that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements (Service Level Agreement - SLA) Write business requirements understandable by all stakeholders, including users and developers: usage of Business Data Designer (BDD). Formalize and perform functional tests all along the development and before the Go-lives Be a functional referent on the modules owned by his/her Feature Team, he/she is responsible to build and maintain functional documentation Design monitoring and set up KPIs aligned with Business expectations and IT follow up needs Ensure Level 2 production support: the Feature Team is responsible of its product - “You build it, you run it” Take active participation in continuous improvement activities as a member of the Business Analyst & Test Chapter

Profile required

Studies & experience:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT

Language skills:

Fluency in Polish and English French would be an asset

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Functional knowledge in Structured Finance: Loan IQ software is a must Agile methodology skills and test oriented Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds
