The Role

As a Customer Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues and you will be responsible for interacting with customers on the phone or via email and are good at selling products and services

Ideal Profile

  • Knowledge of Swedish language C1
  • English B2
  • Smooth computer operation
  • Pro-customer attitude
  • Highly developed sales competences
  • No experience required, willing to do sales
