We are seeking a skilled designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work and collaboration for our global audience. As a Product Designer at Box, you'll join a top-tier design team tasked with crafting industry-leading user experiences for a diverse global user base.

To excel in this rapidly evolving landscape, we seek a designer who is passionate about solving complex usability problems, increasing product engagement, and adept at building partnerships through humility, proactivity, and collaboration. You should have experience working in a product-led growth environment and be comfortable with HTML and CSS. Above all, you're dedicated to creating visualizations that empower users and thrive in a positive, supportive culture.

We are looking for someone brimming with ideas and open to iterating on them. You should be scrappy and nimble, willing to pivot and change direction, and not get married to a single idea. This role involves working with many different teams, so strong collaboration skills are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable presenting in front of leadership, as this position has high visibility. What you'll do:

Craft intuitive design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for products and featuresWork cross-functionally with our product and engineering partners, facilitate design discussions, and ensure design qualityParticipate in the full product development process from research to shipmentBreak down design problems into actionable chunks while soliciting feedback from other product designers and cross-functional partnersLook for creative ideas inspired by analogous verticals, and inspire the team through amazing execution

Who you are:

A designer who is looking to grow with 2-4 years of meaningful design experience in product focused projectsExperience using design thinking methods to validate and ship meaningful user experiencesExperience participating in usability tests and design sprintsAbility to communicate design rationale and conceptual ideasProficiency with standard industry design and prototyping tools to convey design solutionsAbility to communicate technically with cross-functional partnersA portfolio of outstanding product work that showcases strong visual design, interaction, and typographic skills

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
