The purpose of the role of Document Controller is to support Project Managers in Renewables Certification located across the world with document handling to ensure good quality as well as efficient and timely deliver to our customers. At the moment we have one opening for the document controller/management in Gdynia with competence and ability to assist and manage the document handling within our projects in close collaboration with the Project Managers and the customers.

Scope of duties consists of the following tasks:

Support project managers in document handling; Ensure efficient and smooth document management workflows as per document control guide; Ensure that the document control workflow is followed; Ensure document quality control (verification) is done before submission to customers; Management document registration in internal systems such as Teamcenter, Fast to Reports(F2R) and NPS; Ensure timely distribution of documents to Experts and Project Managers as relevant; Manage all incoming and outgoing documentation via customer; document portals such as Aconex, PIMS, OnBase and ThinkProject; Key contact point for document controllers of customers; Provide on demand document status report; Other related ad-hoc tasks.

Effective Document Controller is well organized, structured, efficient and proactive . Has the ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment with diverse people and teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial as this role is exposed to international environment, internally with your colleagues and externally with customers and vendors. Ability to multitask and to learn new IT applications related to document control and handling will significantly ease your onboarding process and further performance.

To be successful in this role, you also need to have:

Ability to build and maintain good relationships and communication with colleagues and customers; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for Businesses such as Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word; Background in working on projects and/or document control within the Energy and/or Maritime sector is a big plus; Understanding of third party roles - Certification, Classification and/or Verification processes is preferred; Knowledge of German language is advantageous.
