Job Description
Dla dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmy technologicznej, która tworzy i utrzymuje innowacyjne rozwiązania IT dla różnych sektorów na całym świecie poszukujemy IT Business Development Managera (na poziomie mid i senior).
 Kluczowe obowiązki:
 
  • Wpływanie na kształt, kierunek i rozwój organizacji jako członek zespołu senior managementu.
  • Tworzenie unikalnej strategii rozwoju biznesu dla Twojego departamentu.
  • Rozbudowywanie portfolio klientów w Polsce i na rynkach zagranicznych.
  • Identyfikowanie potrzeb klientów i realizowanie cross-sellingu oraz up-sellingu.
  • Przygotowywanie ofert sprzedażowych i prezentacji dostosowanych do potrzeb klientów z pomocą ekspertów z działów Delivery.
  • Inicjowanie i uczestniczenie w strategicznych spotkaniach z klientami oraz negocjowanie warunków współpracy.
  • Budowanie i zarządzanie strukturami działu oraz zespołem.
  • Współpraca z działami Delivery, HR i marketingu w celu zwiększania świadomości marki na rynku.
  • Zapewnianie wysokiego poziomu opieki nad portfelem klientów.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 / 6 lat skutecznego doświadczenia w sprzedaży usług IT, z udokumentowanymi sukcesami (mile widziane doświadczenie w sektorze automotive lub pharma).
  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży rozwiązań IT takich jak rozwój oprogramowania, rozwiązania chmurowe, BI/DWH, Big Data, automatyzacja, utrzymanie infrastruktury, RPA itp.
  • Znajomość rynków DACH, USA, Europy Zachodniej i Skandynawii -  wymóg konieczny
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom C1), znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie informatyki, zarządzania, finansów, ekonomii lub pokrewnej (mile widziany dyplom MBA).
  • Doświadczenie w komunikacji i współpracy z interesariuszami na różnych szczeblach organizacji, w tym na poziomie C-level.
  • Zdolność do budowania, kierowania i motywowania zespołu sprzedaży.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, negocjacyjne oraz badawcze.
  • Samodzielność, przedsiębiorczość oraz determinacja w realizacji celów sprzedażowych.
  • Praca z biura (Warszawa, Łódź lub Lublin -  możliwość pracy w pełni zdalnej po osiągnięciu pierwszych wyników).
