About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive Italy performance and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.


Key objectives and responsibilities:

  • Planand implement digital programmatic plans and campaigns for Poland marketing team
  • Optimizeand report on all campaigns – sharing results with wider team
  • Workwith creative team to ensure best practice creative is used
  • Assistwith quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets


Key results:

  • Webtraffic and leads driven by media campaigns
  • Increasingengagement and performance of social media campaigns
  • Improvingbrand awareness and image of BYD in Poland


The Person:

Thisrole will be focused on leading planning and delivery of programmatictrading for BYD Poland. The Programmatic specialist will deliver onplanning, set up, delivery or programmatic media campaigns, includingoptimization and leading on trading. The role will include planningcampaigns, delivering media plans, strategic recommendations andidentifying innovation opportunities. The team is responsible forboth Brand, Performance and Tactical campaigns.


Qualification and requirements:

  • University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
  • Effective and fluent communicator in English and Polish.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
  • Experience in programmatic media planning and execution search and performance max campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns – particularly cookie less campaigns
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  • Resilient and open minded.
  • Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
