Project

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst. In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between business needs and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. You will be instrumental in designing advanced solutions around data and analytics, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and manage dependencies. 

 

What you'll be doing

  • Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
  • Manage delivery dependencies with other teams and organizational units
  • Work in an Agile environment as an integral part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
  • Maintain a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Navigate and manage complex end-to-end solutions and processes

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, and big data
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Experience working with business users
