About this opportunity

Primary responsibility is to effectively and efficiently work on the ticket queries related to entering, correcting, and verifying data in internal Align computer systems and assist customer-facing, commercial departments on customer master data questions. Additionally being part of small improvement projects related to customer master data as well conducting basic customer master data analysis. Jr. Business Operations Specialist must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily by themself or with cooperation with the Business Operation Team. The location of your office will be Wrocław. We can offer a hybrid work model (2 HO days). In this role, you will… Entering and resolving customer master data, promotions and events, queries/tickets within time limits in SFDC, Providing support to EMEA CS Teams by processing basic Invisalign inquiries coming in as a SFDC tickets into Business Operations queues. Providing basic CS support related with centralized CS responsibilities. Provide elementary, basic information needed to prepare trainings to other EMEA CS departments in area of Business Operations responsibilities, templates etc. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, Basic master data analysis, Basic root causes analysis, and providing an initial evaluation of the scope and severity, Providing assistance to EMEA Customer Success, Marketing and IT departments related to customer master, billing and orders administration. Reviewing team’s Work Instructions, Knowledge base articles if it’s needed Complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance; special projects and/or trainings when requested Possessing comprehensive knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials. Reporting non-standard problems to IT teams for resolution and clarification Reporting all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Human Resources. Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company success Support with training of new hires Performing other duties as assigned. The duty scope may be change In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree Advanced in English is desirable for this position (both verbal and written), other languages is a plus 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Structured, analytical mind-set Ability to focus; accuracy and attention to details, self-control Open mindset, willingness to learn and adjust to constant market changes. Good communication skills and a team player approach. Result-oriented; ability to work autonomously without constant supervision. Understanding the principles of data analysis MS Office – basic user proficiency Elementary knowledge of Excel analytical tools Experience with com, Jira – is a plus Experience with SAP – is a plus Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet. Ability to learn software applications quickly.
