The position

As OCE Digital/Webinars Product Owner, you will be maximizing the business value of SEEMEA (The Business Area Southeast Europe Middle East Africa), OCE Digital, Email & Webinar platforms in close collaboration with Commercial Business Units and Medical Affairs. Your other responsibilities will be to: Own the regional implementation selected platforms, along with the associated Operating Model Manage the services for production and deployment of content, technical execution of journeys, and technical execution of webinars Proactively engage Internal Customers and other Stakeholders to maximize Platforms adoption and business success aligned with CE (Commercial Excellence) business owner Ensure availability of consistent customer data across systems, allowing for optimal segmentation & targeting of MCE (Multi-Customer Engagement) activities Ensure defects and technical issues are quickly resolved Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s degree from or higher preferably with coursework focusing on marketing, project management, information technology, software engineering and/or data engineering. You have at least 5 years of work experience mainly focusing on Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing, IT System Management, and/or IT Project Management. Further sought-after skills are: You have at least 2 years of experience working closely with email marketing and managing system integrations You are both fluent in oral and written English and another SEEMEA language You are innovating in a changing environment, and have Digital Product Centric Orientation You have commercial focus and business understanding and can do Business and IT Alignment About the department The Novo Nordisk SEEMEA region is a diverse region of 94 countries.
