Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the reporting methodology, building global metric capabilities and stakeholder management cadences, including monthly and/or quarterly meetings across geographies, solution lines or business segments.
Metrics Development and Reporting
Work across geographies, functions, and solution lines to develop a standard reporting format and agenda. Identify sources of data and work with data analytics teams to define and develop Key Performance Indicator scorecards. Create monthly reports with internal critical metrics such as volumes, cycle time, quality, cost and productivity, and overall shared operations performance to report out to executive leadership.
Reporting
Support countries and/or solution lines with ad hoc report requests Assist in base-lining new services being offered to countries, regions, or solution lines. Creating reports and developing tools and processes to automate reports. Analysing large amounts of data to develop insights and/or actions to improve business and/or process performance.
Stakeholder Management
Develop routine cadence with key partners. Collect, analyse, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key collaborators. Work closely with leadership team to present thorough and detailed reports to identify areas of opportunity to drive future decision making.
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
5 plus years of experience in a leadership role. Extensive experience in reporting and analytics. Solid understanding of business analytic tools such as PowerBI. Databricks and/or other tools used for data analytics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills to influence and collaborate with partnersSpecific Competencies required:
